I am currently working as a Bengali Language Lead on AI localization and software testing projects, including developer-mode evaluation of conversational AI systems. My work involves chatbot response assessment, multilingual output validation, error detection and quality analysis across iOS, Android and Mac environments, along with oversight of linguistic quality, consistency and workflow coordination. At the same time, I support global clinical research through cognitive debriefing and patient interviews, ensuring that translated medical content is clear, culturally appropriate and suitable for real-world and regulatory use.
