Pair-English-Bengali, Bengali-English- rate- for translation
$0.04, editing, proofreading-$0.015 per source word. $15 per hour for
translation and proof reading, for Interpreting$ 20 per hour. Subtitling $3 per
minute, transcribing $0.30 per minute.

Working with
UK based translation agency K-international, US based company Transperfect and
India based company Webdunia and Word Publishing.

Translating  into 
Bengali from English and into English from Bengali  since 2008. Recently, completed translation
and proofreading project of12,000 words on general subject, completed 40,000
words on health and medicine. Just finished a project of a fiction book
translation from English to Bengali having over 10,000 words. Completed translation
and proof reading of a project of 25,000 words for a Canadian company.

Few months
back completed a project of 18,000 words translation for Google translator.
Earlier, translated many letters from Bengali to English.

I translated India Perspective an English magazine published
by the external affairs ministry of India. The Magazine was translated into
various Indian languages. I translated it into Bengali for several months.
