Trados 2014 failing to transfer target text into the target document. What causes this? Trouble installing SP1 for Trados 2014.

I would like to migrate from SDL Studio 2011 to 2014, is it there any available offer for professional license?, After installation of Studio 2014, Will I be able to use STUDIO 2011 Folder containing all Studio project subfolders?
