After five years of study, I have obtained a Master degree in Computing in February 2011. During my academic education, I have participated in Erasmus student exchange at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and BEST summer course on Biomedical Engineering in Leuven, Belgium. In last few years of academic education I have chosen to combine computer engineering with biology and medicine by working on the project of treatment planning of solid, deep-seated tumors by electrochemotherapy, in cooperation with University of Ljubljana.
Currently, I am employed as a Junior Researcher at Laboratory of Biocybernetics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, where I am also pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering. My main area of work includes above mentioned treatment planning of solid, deep-seated tumors by electrochemotherapy. In short, my work requires skills in mainly computer engineering, math and electrical engineering, with a background in biology and medicine.
