Recommendations

• For the visual section of the training course, we recommend that you have a 64kbps link. This means using an ISDN line or Broadband. Wireless connection is NOT recommended.

First of all thank you for this interesting webinar! It gave me quite some approaches, I didn't think about before.

However, I was wondering where we can get the corresponding materials (presentation, the plan template, etc.). I thought we would get an e-mail where we can download it, but I haven't received anything. Did I miss something or hasn't it been sent out yet? Thank you for clarification.
