Calling Legal translation Vetters

We have a prospective vetting job for you to vet translated versions of the European Union-Singapore Digital Trade Agreement (EUSDTA) legal text.
Preliminary, we are seeking to vet the translated legal text in six languages: (i) German, (ii) French, (iii) Dutch, (iv) Spanish, (v) Italian, and (vi) Danish.

For the verification process, you are required to do the following:

a) Verify that the non-English versions of the EUSDTA legal text are accurate and precise translations of the English version; and

b) In the event that the non-English versions cannot be directly translated to the English version due to the nature of the language, verify that the non-English version does not legally conflict or potentially give rise to legal issues with the English version in any way.

Considering the above client requirement, only lawyers or legal professionals familiar with trade laws in respective country can apply for this job. Those with no legal background will not be considered, and hence please do not send us your application.

Pre-requisite for applicant
- Trade related legal expert or lawyers in respective target language with good English skills;
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Details oriented, responsive, efficient, responsible, careful and committed on-time delivery.
- Translation experience is a must.
