MultiTerm crashes on "Search for Duplicate"

I Have MiltiTerm iX, and I´m working with a huge termbase. It is so huge because it has like 3 or 4 timer the very same entry, but when I try to look for duplicate terms it crashes... now it has been running for almost half an hour and nothing happens... what can i do?
