Suggesting either The Bishop and the Belcher or The Pour House as venue for this powwow, but I'm willing to listen if someone has a better idea that fits our needs.

Rita, you can certainly use these comments to indicate whether you are coming or not, but there is also a field for indicating yes, no, or maybe.
I hope you can make it that day.
