I just remembered that our regional translation association gives us a gift each year at the Christmas party. Always makes me feel appreciated. | | | John Cutler Spain Local time: 06:59 Spanish to English + ... In my case... | Aug 17, 2010 |
I interpreted this question as meaning whether my family and friends give me items I need to do my work when it's my birthday or Christmas, etc. I'd say they don't as a rule because I buy whatever I need (which isn't much) for my work when I need it. | | | Laureana Pavon Uruguay Local time: 01:59 Member (2007) English to Spanish + ... I hint about it every once in awhile, but so far no luck. On second thought, I'm not sure that a fountain pen would even really count as a work-related item, in any case...
