Testo originale - Francese La capitale française va feter ce week-end les 800 ans de la Sorbonne en portant sur les fonts baptismaux une initiative européenne importante dans le domaine universitaire. Ce sont les ministres de l'Education de quatre pays de l'Union, Claude Allègre, le maitre de maison, pour la France, Jurgen Ruettgers pour l'Allemagne, Tessa Blackstone pour le Royaume-Uni et Luigi Berlinguer pour l'Italie, qui vont lancer le "projet d'harmonisation de l'architecture des cursus de l'enseignement supérieur en Europe".

Da Inglese a Italiano: Exercise effects on brain and cognition
Testo originale - Inglese An emerging body of multidisciplinary literature has documented the beneficial influence of physical activity engendered through aerobic exercise on selective aspects of brain function. Human and non-human animal studies have shown that aerobic exercise can improve a number of aspects of cognition and performance. Lack of physical activity, particularly among children in the developed world, is one of the major causes of obesity. Exercise might not only help to improve their physical health, but might also improve their academic performance. This article examines the positive effects of aerobic physical activity on cognition and brain function, at the molecular, cellular, systems and behavioural levels. A growing number of studies support the idea that physical exercise is a lifestyle factor that might lead to increased physical and mental health throughout life.
Participation in physical activity has been associated witht the reduction of a number of physical (for example, cardiovascular disease, colon and breast cancer, and obesity) and mental (for example, depression and anxiety) disorders across the adult lifespan.
Recent evidence futher indicates that children are growing increasingly sedentary and unfit, and that these lifestyle factors are related to an earlier onset of several chronic diseases (such as type II diabetes and obesity).

Studi condotti su animali ed esseri umani hanno dimostrato che l’esercizio aerobico può migliorare diversi aspetti dell'apprendimento e del rendimento. La mancanza di attività fisica, in modo particolare tra i bambini dei paesi sviluppati, è una delle principali cause di obesità. L’esercizio non solo aiuta a migliorare la salute fisica, ma migliorerebbe anche il rendimento scolastico.
Questo articolo esamina gli effetti positivi dell'attività fisica aerobica sull’apprendimento e la funzionalità cerebrale, a livello molecolare, cellulare, sistemico e comportamentale.
