Bio

My name is João Guevara and I am a native Portuguese (PT-PT) translator/reviewer with more than 8 years of experience in the industry. I'm specialized in the health, medicine, pharmaceutics and mechanics fields. 

During these 8 years, I have worked as an in-house translator/reviewer, which allowed me to improve my knowledge in the aforementioned fields and acquire new skills in regards to several CAT Tools and QA/QC software (e.g. SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ, Across, etc.). I am always available to take on any translation tests.

I'm an avid gamer for a very long time and I am currently conducting interviews for an online music magazine as a hobby. With that being said, I am also looking for any opportunities to work in the gaming and music fields as well.
