I specialize completely on medical texts. In the medical field, however, I aim to be a generalist. I offer the following services:

a) Translations of medical texts such as:
  • reference material, journal articles, books;
  • regulatory documents, such as clinical trial protocols, SmPCs etc.;
  • information, instruction and advice material;
  • popular science publications

b) Proofreading of German medical texts and third-party translations.

c) Terminology research in the medical field.

Qualification:

  • Completed university studies in medicine (6.5 years; final German medical examination: Ärztliche Prüfung), including more than one year of practical experience in hospital
  • Studies of interpreting and translating (2 years)
