Translation - English However, the fundamental right to life, to personal safety, to privacy and to home inviolability have to be protected; but not the supposed interest or “environmental law”. Nevertheless, this does not rule out relating the fundamental rights with determinate damages to the environment, by opening a new via to everybody to obtain an indirect constitucional guardianship for the damages inflicted to environment.
