اگر نخواهید از واژۀ «وصیت‌نامه» استفاده کنید، «دستورالعمل درمانی احتیاطی» یا «دستورالعمل مراقبت بهداشتی قبلی/پیشاپیش» هم گزینه‌های دیگری هستند. اما فکر می‌کنم طبیعی‌ترین معادل که دربردارندۀ کلیت مفهوم مورد نظر هست، همان «وصیت‌نامه پزشکی» باشد.
