agree  Björn Vrooman: I'll close this Q because Steffen did supply the right answer. As for "als 1 Punkt geändert," could be "geändert..." or "...zusammengeführt unter diesem (Listen-)Punkt." Like "als" vs. "wie," pretty colloquial.
