German term

einschenkliges Trapez

German to English Law/Patents Real Estate Shape of plot / Form eines Grundstücks
Description of a property - the shape of the plot is given as "einschenkliges Trapez". While I can surely imagine how it looks like, I am currently at a loss as regards an appropriate (UK) English term.

MTIA for your help!

@ Brie - what I had in mind from the beginning ... ... was the "right-angled trapezium" right in the centre of this image: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Quadrilateral_hierarchy.p...

roughly trapezium-shaped

or "roughly trapezoid" is what I would use in English without being able to see a plan at least. A bit of a copout I know, but a one-legged trapezium sounds like a gag from an old Pete and Dud* show (*Cook and Moore). An old Bauingenieur colleague of mine used to describe the shape of any plot of land as "(roughly) polygonal"...
Note from asker:
Oh yes, this strange "one-legged" or "single-legged" thing was out of the question immediately.
What I imagined was a "right-angled trapezium" as shown @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Quadrilateral_hierarchy.png

one-sided trapezoid

Aber du wolltest ja BE.
