Hello,

I changed my laptop for a 4k one and now I see all the Trados icons very very small.

How can I fix it? Also the target/source window is really small.

Thank you in advance to everybody.

You change the alternatives in Windows settings Feb 12, 2023

Choose the Windows settings > System > Scaling. I would advise choosing 150% as the setting, as I also find a 100% scaling too tiny on my display.

4K is the culprit Feb 12, 2023

The higher your monitor resolution, the smaller the icons. The 4K support is a matter for the future.

1920x1080 should be fine.

I am a little confused here. My monitor is a 4K one, and I have set the system at 150% scaling. My eyesight is not that good but having set the scaling at 150% it works fine for me at least. But a resolution of 1920x1080 would be an alternative, of course.

So have I. The problem is that it affects all other applications. They look blurred. And even Trados itself is affected. Can you find this window in your Trados with 150% scaling?

No. Because at 150% scaling it looks like this:

Kinda fix Feb 13, 2023

You can "fix" it by changing the Hight DPI settings, but in this case you will have to choose what you dislike least: blurred text or text overflow.
