Hello everybody.

I\'d like to know if there\'s any way of counting the words in a PowerPoint document.

Thanks in advance.

See statistics Mar 3, 2003

Right click on the power point file and go to properties. Then select the statistics tab - it gives you the number of words as well as other details.

Or use File>Properties>Statistics Mar 4, 2003

When the document is open, you can also go to File>Properties>Statistics. Be careful though, as I have found Powerpoint wordcounts to be unreliable - you may still need to laboriously cut/paste into a Word file to be absolutely sure.
