Buongiorno a tutti!

Chiedo un\'informazione a voi che magari ci siete già passati. Ho recentemente (circa 1 settimana fa) effettuato la registrazione per l\'updating a platinum, ma a tutt\'oggi ancora non sono abilitata. Ho inviato una E-mail diretta per info a Proz, ma nessuna risposta. Qualcuno magari mi saprebbe dire quali sono i tempi stimati? E\' normale questo ritardo o c\'è probabilmente q.cosa che non va? Ciao Luisa,

Io, invece, ho pagato con la carta di credito la settimana scorsa e, non vedendo nulla dopo 24 ore, ho mandato un e-mail di sollecito. Immediatamente é scattato l\'upgrade. Insisti con i solleciti.

Unfortunately, we seem to have a hole somewhere in our platinum upgrade system, as a number of people who upgraded did not see a change in their profile pages.



If you have paid and do not see a change in your profile within 24 hours, please use the \'Support Requests\' option in the menu to report the problem. (messages to [email protected] can not be answered as quickly)
