Hola, just \"moved\" to a new computer and can\'t remember how to set up Outlook Express so that I may use foreign characters when writing emails in Spanish.



Any help will be deeply appreciated

Control Panel > Regional + Language Options May 22, 2003

Then Text Services and Input Languages. Then click on Add.



I think this is where I went to add Swedish to my keyboard.
