Private messages to agencies via Proz

Hi
Does anyone know how to send private messages to translation agencies from the Proz Directory? I mean through Proz website, not their email addresses.
There was a time when you would see an envelope icon but I can't see it anymore.

You should be able to see a complete list of Blue Board outsourcers accepting applications here:

Only the outsourcers you qualify to apply for are shown, but you can submit your application for as many businesses as you want because you are a ProZ.com paying member (non-members can... See more

You should be able to see a complete list of Blue Board outsourcers accepting applications here:

https://www.proz.com/blueboard/?sp_mode=applications

Only the outsourcers you qualify to apply for are shown, but you can submit your application for as many businesses as you want because you are a ProZ.com paying member (non-members can submit up to three applications per month). You can see a full list of the benefits you can enjoy as a member here.

To apply, just click on "Apply now" next to the business name. This will pop-up an application form where you will be able to write a message for the outsourcers containing detailed information about yourself, highlight your skills, list your experience, or even insert your resume.
