withdraw entitlement to a pardon
-> based on Liviu-Lee Roth' comment on, or objection to, my first stab at an answer: 'When a pardon has been delivered and accepted, it cannot be revoked. The recipient can be deprived of its benefits only in some appropriate legal proceeding.'
S-a dispus revocarea beneficiului grațierii pentru pedepsele : It was ordered / an order was made / to withdraw entitlement to a pardon for the following criminal sentences...
> specifically - like a British 'Royal Pardon' - for one offenc/se, rather than a general amnesty granted by the national government etc. for a certain type of crime, on condition - for instance - of unlawful owners of offensive weapons handing in knives or handguns.
'Spent convictions' in the UK are also different, the 'slate being wiped clean' of criminal convictions, generally after a certain number of years and will not appear on the past offender's national criminal or police record.

Example sentence:
Rom. Crim.
The European Commission has criticised a proposed pardon by the Romanian government for thousands of convicted criminals.
