shower/changing rooms

The support infrastructure for the other sports facilities... "locker room" is a more common term in schools
Peer comment(s):

agree Fiona Nvoa : changing rooms

Thanks
agree sarahjeanne (X) : from what little context there is here, i would say that it's more "changing rooms" than "spa", but it depends

Thanks
agree Jonas Teixeira (X) : Exactly. Locker room showers, only this. In Portugal, the word "balneário" looses the meaning we usually assign to it in Brazil.

"Health-resorts" or "Spa Town"

A health resort or a spa town is a town frequented, in times past, for health reasons, to "take the waters".

Examples:
1. "TRING is an outstanding health resort in the very heart of Hertfordshire, dedicated to the well-being of your mind, your body, your soul. And who wouldn't flourish here? Set in 170 acres of rolling parkland, a spa day at Tring will still your thoughts in a busy world. Little wonder it tops the A-list hot-list for rest and relaxation".

2. "Spa Towns continue to attract visitors from all over the world, drawn by beautiful buildings, parks, gardens, theatre, festivals, museums and the availability of a wide range of complementary therapies".

This is my suggestion.

neutral Enza Longo : since the balnearios are part of the sports facility it can be neither a resort nor a town

balnearios could also be public bathing beaches - hard to say in your context as it could mean several things - best to ask the client (hotel) exactly what is offered in the facility.
