Since this is a Brazilian specialty with no equivalent English translation as far as I know, I would leave it as is with an explanation in parentheses, i.e. Brazilian style oven-roasted suckling pig

The dish is Brazilian, hence an 'English' equivalent does not exist. The origin of the pork recipe in your reference is British/Scottish/Irish
