prêt et délai

French to English Law/Patents Law (general)
Dans une liste d'inscriptions prises sur une société dans le cadre d'une cession d'entreprise en France:

- Aucun gage des stocks;
- Aucun warrant;
- *Aucun prêt et délai*;
- Aucun bien inaliénable...

Prêt must be "Loan", my question concerns "délai" more than anything else.

I think this may refer to the "cooling-off period" during which a borrower is able to reconsider the terms of a loan.
Can anybody confirm this (or suggest something else)?

@Asker Cooling-off period would normally be 'délai de réflexion':http://dictionnaire.reverso.net/francais-anglais/délai. Maybe loan and its extension? Or its payment terms (rather than facilities)?

délai de remboursement ? I'm wondering if it could be referring to the "délai de remboursement" (sous-entendu) of the loan ? It could work in the (limited) contexte at your disposal. If you think that might be it, I would propose "term (of maturity)".
