English term
loading drum torque limiter
English to Japanese

Part of the wheel on the underside of a press that automatically loads cylinders/cans to be processed, although I have little experience in this field, so it's very abstract for me. Anyone have a concise Japanese translation and or explanation of torque limiter?

トルクリミッタ
"torque limiter" would be OK if you directly/literally say as トルクリミッタ. It's understandable for engineers even in this way.
But I don't understand this "drum"...perhaps your material may including the description about this drum, I think, ah,
this may be "loading/drum torque limiter". This sounds like "負荷ドラムトルクリミッタ" to me.
