English term

loading drum torque limiter

English to Japanese Tech/Engineering Manufacturing
Part of the wheel on the underside of a press that automatically loads cylinders/cans to be processed, although I have little experience in this field, so it's very abstract for me. Anyone have a concise Japanese translation and or explanation of torque limiter?

torque limiter 過負荷保護装置 トルクリミッタ (katakana wins on Google hit count). No idea how 'loading drum' should be translated.

Oops. Not "spin too fast" it's "not break when it is spinning fast and hits a snag / high resistance". Time I had a rest I think.

"explanation of torque limiter" It's the widget that makes sure the sucker doesn't spin too fast. (e.g. overload protection device) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torque_limiter

トルクリミッタ

"torque limiter" would be OK if you directly/literally say as トルクリミッタ. It's understandable for engineers even in this way.
But I don't understand this "drum"...perhaps your material may including the description about this drum, I think, ah,
this may be "loading/drum torque limiter". This sounds like "負荷ドラムトルクリミッタ" to me.
