L’arthrodèse tibio-talo-calcanéenne reste un challenge pour le chirurgien en raison de la possibilité de multiples complications et particulièrement la non fusion de l’un des deux étages.
Notre technique, utilisant la voie antérieure, combine une approche latérale chaque fois que possible, inspirée de notre expérience de l’arthrodèse sous-talienne réalisée sous arthroscopie. Cette combinaison, tout en restant non délabrante par la multiplicité des voies, augmente de manière considérable la fusion sous talienne, qu’il est à notre avis illusoire de laisser au seul alésage du point d’introduction du clou, de surcroît en avant de la sous-talienne la plupart du temps.

: "sous taliene" serait incomplet Marion. Il manque le tibia. In your ref pan means around sub means under and does not include the tibia.
