• A suitably sized recess is provided, or that there is adequate space to accommodate a pour-back, to completely encase the anchor head and cap.
• Surfaces of recesses and pour-back substrates are thoroughly cleaned and roughened prior to casting pour-backs.
• Anchor and grout-cap are encased in pour-back of an approved, high-strength, high-bond, low-shrink, sand-filled epoxy grout.
• Pour-back provides a minimum cover over cap and edges of anchor plate of 1-1/2 inch.
• For an individual anchor in a recess, surface of pour-back is even with adjacent face of anchor block.
• For a group of anchors, similar individual recesses or a single enclosing pour-back may encase all anchors in the group.
• Single enclosing pour-back is secured to the concrete substrate with embedded reinforcement (e.g. screw coupled rebar) in order to ensure bond.
• Shape and dimensions of single enclosing pour-back is even with adjacent features of structural concrete with chamfers at all outside corners.

Pour-Back: The filling of the void or block-out between an anchorage terminus and formwork that is constructed to complete the final geometric shape of a concrete member and protect the anchorage terminus. Can also be referred to as a “secondary pour”.

13.0 Protection of Post-Tensioning Anchorages.
Within seven days upon completion of the grouting, protect the anchorage of post-tensioning bars and tendons as indicated in the released-for-construction drawings or shop drawings. The application of theelastomeric coating may be delayed up to 90 days after grouting. Use plastic or stainless steel threaded caps to plug all grout inlets/outlets. Obzirom da se ni ta značenja ne uklapaju idealno, tj. čini mi se da ne daju tehnički smisleni prevod (ne znam kako bi se to područja/zone sidrenja vratila, povratila), mislim da ne bi bilo loše da potražite tumačenje od klijenta (ukoliko je to moguće - možda je i greška u izvornom tekstu), ili da postavite isto pitanje u kombinaciji EN -> EN, možda će se tu naći neko stručan ko će moći da protumači smisao.
