Znalazłem co prawda "rumen, reticulum and psalterium" w Kościuszce, ale może jest jakaś ogólna nazwa używana w przemyśle mięsnym. Myślałem o "tripe", ale nie mam pewności czy to tylko nazwa potrawy, czy też można tej nazwy używać także dla stanu surowego.
