This is a twenty-minute computerized test that asked her to click the computer mouse each time a 1 is presented either on the screen or through the speakers, and to refrain from responding each time a 2 is presented.
The test considers errors of omission, errors of commission, reaction speed, and *stamina*.

Yo optaría por "resistencia" en este contexto. A diferencia de Merab, para mí es lo que más sentido tiene. No se trata de tener paciencia, si no de cuánto aguanta concentrado el individuo evaluado.

No me gusta "resistencia" en este contexto. "Aguante" sería demasiado informal. "paciencia" encaja a la perfección, en mi opinión.

Explanation:
En línea con lo expresado por Alan; capacidad de aguantar, de tolerar, de no rendirse esos 20 minutos haciendo clic a un mouse cuando sale un 1/suena un 1 y dejando de cliquear si sale un 2 (una tarea repetitiva donde quizás esos números salen muy rápido).
