This term appears on a medical questionnaire about pain experienced in various parts of the body. I've found several translations for the word, from "upper arm," to "armpit." One source glossed it as "deltoid muscle."

Where "предмишница" seems pretty clearly to mean "forearm." That inclines me toward "upper arm" for "мишница," but I'd like another opinion.

It would be an "armpit" if it is referring to the place where you spray your deodorant.
