23. I have represented my case fully and only told the truth unlike the applicant who is a liar who has played and mocked the system continuously in three different jurisdictions. It is incomprehensible that this is the fourth time I am having to explain the situation at the hand of the applicant when it is he who has been in the wrong the entire time and continues to break the law resulting. All I have done is try and have my children rightfully returned to me as soon as possible.
