English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

(i) in connection with Fujairah Refining Limited (FRL) FZC, a free zone company established under the laws of the Fujairah Free Zone Authority in the United Arab Emirates with license number 2832 (the “Subsidiary”) in his absolute and unfettered discretion, to sign, execute (whether under hand or seal) date, deliver file and/or register all or any documentation relating to the Subsidiary any of the documents mentioned herein or any of the matters hereby or thereby contemplated, as and when the Attorney shall in his absolute and unfettered discretion deem necessary or advisable, to appear before and make applications to registrars, public registry officials, consuls, consular agents, commissioners, deputy commissioners, notaries, customs and excise authorities and any other authorities;
