Explanation:
Il bond convertendo è uno strumento finanziario che conserva tutte le caratteristiche tipiche di un’obbligazione, ma che deve essere obbligatoriamente convertito in azione della società emittente alla fine del suo ciclo di vita. Quindi il compratore si vedrà trasformare il capitale di debito in capitale di rischio. È questo l’unico aspetto che sostanzialmente distingue il bond convertendo da un’obbligazione normale, ovvero ciò che succede nella fase finale dello strumento finanziario.
