English to Arabic Bus/Financial Finance (general)

The Users of the respective Functional Department, during the normal course of business or as a result of review of the points indicated in the PPE-Physical Verification Report, identify all such assets that are either (a) Damaged / Defective (b) Inoperable (c) Involving a higher cost of repairs and maintenance, etc., prepares and forwards a list containing the details of all such assets including the photograph through an e-mail, along with the reasons for such, and proposes for disposal to the respective Functional Department Heads.
