Training to combined speciality nurse Explanation: Generalistische Pflegeausbildung I am not aware that there is a similar training or profession, at least in the UK, hence, I would describe what the training involves. The training involves general, paediatric and geriatric nursing. All of these branches are specialties in the UK. See links below. Krankenpflege, Kinderkrankenpflege oder Altenpflege? Diese Frage hat man sich bisher gleich zu Beginn der Ausbildung beantworten müssen, da es unterschiedliche Ausbildungsgänge waren. Sehr früh, wenn man noch gar keinen Einblick in die einzelnen Pflegebereiche gewonnen hat. Aber seit 1.
