El equipo de especialistas será parte de las **asambleas municipales de socialización**, tanto del informe de diagnóstico, como de los hallazgos cuantitativos que en el diseño se encuentren.

Este es un término bastante rebuscado, diría yo, y que a la vez tiende a confundir. Con "asambleas municipales de socialización" se refieren a reuniones a nivel municipal en donde las partes comparten la información obtenida.

Una vez más, agradezco sus aportes.

Council Info-Swap (Exchange & Sharing) Meeting

I've avoided 'Anglicising' by prefixing Council with Borough e.g. Borough Council, though feel a ProZ glossary search might have given an 'info-sharing' clue to a 'non-Spanglish' rendering.
Example sentence:
