7. The Parties have given and give each other full and irrevocable final release waiver and discharge with respect to the PURCHASE ORDER, including but not limited to all manner of liens, charges, attachments, withholding right, security interest, or encumbrance that either of the Parties has or may have against the other Party, as well as the latter representatives, personnel, laborers, agents, officers, directors or any of its affiliated companies or insurers, and any of its respective properties (whether real, personal, tangible or intangible).
