I thought that perhaps it could be 'pendulum exercises'; however, 'le penché en avant' doesn't seem to involve swinging your arm. Could anybody shed any light please?

Asker: Hi all, I obviously was looking far too into it! I of course know that it literally means "to lean/bend forward" but was thinking there may have been a more specific term for this particular physiotherapy exercise. Thank you all for your help :)
