disagree  Cristina Bouzas, Bsc, MA: "Agacharse" seems to convey that they kneel down, as in performing a squat-type movement. It backtranslates to "bend down", not just "bend", as in flexing part of your body. This seems to be an example of how NOT to lift objects.
