| acknowledgement Здесь - заявление или заверения Explanation: Неплохо бы понять, что это - часть "большого" договора, отдельный документ в пакете юридической документации на проект и договор существует отдельно или вообще единственный (главный) документ, определяющий правовые взаимоотношения сторон. Договор о подтверждении звучит по-русски очень странно, а просто подтверждение зависает в воздухе. Ни разу не сталкивалась с подписанием документа под названием "подтверждение". Для этого существуют свидетельства, заверения и пр. Нужно еще учитывать вечную необходимость борьбы с несколькими аналогичными по смыслу терминами, но с помощью признаний, заявлений, заверений и ручательств всегда можно выкрутиться. Главное - правильно их расставить в контексте:-) |
