Reference: Fayre Reference information: Gängiger ist die Schreibweise "fare" - vgl. https://dictionary.cambridge.org/de/worterbuch/englisch/fayr... - und hier trifft die erste Bedeutung im übertragenen Sinne zu ("an old-fashioned spelling of fare, used to talk about the type of food served somewhere"). Vielleicht wäre "Brot-und-Butter-Geschäft" hier eine Idee? |
