I'm puzzled by what "en el píe" might mean in this context. Tried googling the source term and got this: Your search - "Tarifa de Productos Básicos en el píe" - did not match any documents.
There isn't really much more context to go on. The following string is "Información autorización Ministerio de defensa turco", so there is a possibility that it is an erroneous back translation from Turkish or English (this kind of things sometimes occurs with these translations).
