By this power of attorney made by deed on 4th May 2019, we, Z, a company incorporated in England and Wales, registered number XXX with registered office at XXX, London, EXXXXXX (the "Company") hereby appoint the holders of the offices set out in the first schedule to this power of attorney ("Schedule One"), jointly and severally, to be the Company's true and lawful attorneys (the "Attorneys") and on its behalf and in its name or otherwise, in connection with their roles as detailed within Schedule One, to:
