English to Russian Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals

Blood and plasma samples of all rabbits from the study were subjected to clinical hematology and chemistry evaluations respectively at termination of the treatment period, and at end of the 14-day recovery period. Urinalysis was performed on all animals prior to termination of the treatment. All animals were sacrificed terminally and were subjected to a detailed necropsy, and weights of certain organs were recorded. Histopathological evaluation was performed on all protocol-listed tissues in all rabbits from the control and high dose level groups, including both the eyes, and any tissues with gross abnormalities. Following results were obtained under the experimental conditions described above.
