English term or phrase: unsupervised clustering analysis
We used a cohort comprised of individuals at-risk for developing psychiatric conditions, as well as typically developing participants. Core autistic traits, as measured by the SRS in the form of social deficits, are often concomitant with behavioral traits varying in type and degree (which frequently indicates the presence of a comorbid psychiatric disorder) thus further complicating the characterization of ASD. To this end, all participants were submitted to an unsupervised clustering analysis on behavioral dimensions, which ultimately uncovered three distinct subgroups.

French translation:partitionnement non supervisé
Explanation:

-> unsupervised clustering analysis is not a concept of pharmacology. Instead, it is a concept of AI (artificial intelligence)//your translation must capture the whole expression 'unsupervised clustering analysis'
