Chiedo di nuovo aiuto per tradurre un'espressione che non riesco proprio a capire. Si tratta dei sottotitoli di un film, la scena si apre su una festa e uno degli invitati dice alla padrona di casa di sbrigarsi ad uscire in terrazza perché "drinks are flowing like glue out here".
Come si può rendere un equivalente in italiano? Ho pensato di staccarmi completamente dal testo tipo "qui si beve a fiumi", ma è il fatto di non comprendere l'espressione usata, questa "colla" che mi lascia dubbiosa.

Probabilmente la padrona di casa non si era accorta che non c'erano abbastanza bevande per gli ospiti in terrazza e questo personaggio glielo fa notare.
