English term or phrase: est.

"Despite being a "young" broker est. 2017, even a superficial due diligence reveals that they are earnest in making a place in the market for themselves..."

Explanation:
I don't know if we ever actually use 'établi.' in FR, but I can't recall ever seeing it.
In many other retail contexts, I've seen these alternatives — though not sure quite if they work for a financial institution?

« Maison XYZ, Maître artisan chocolatier fondé en 1910 » etc.

In fact, they are 'young' as they only starts recently — in terms of the financial domain, '2017' is very recent, where venerable age is usually considered a good sign of stability, solvency, dependability etc.

Merci, Hugues !

Notes to answerer

-> I think you have misunderstood, you are disagreeing with something I didn't say! I suggested 'fondé.e / créé.e en OR simply 'depuis' (as we often see in FR); I personally am wary of 'établi.e', which I see so often as an Anglicism.
