SAP / accepting as is
English term or phrase: accepting ‘as is’
Dans cette phrase, j'aimerais confirmer à quoi se rapporte "dans l'état". L'intégration ou l'entreprise?

Our cluster remains the same and continues to host and support the current 10 companies and will migrate to SAP S/4 HANA as a cluster
Onboarding new companies that would not be disruptive to the cluster during its migration to S/4 HANA could be considered (i.e, accepting ‘as is’).

en fait, pour répondre précisément à la question, "en l'état" se rapporte aux nouvelles entreprises à intégrer.

acceptant (en l'état/tel quel)

Explanation:
To me the active participial form is more justified as it refers to the companies accepting the conditions and inherent challenges and changes of the migration. The referent therefore is the object ''the migration''.
Another approach to the question would be to restructure the sentence comprising the target phrase to read as follows:''Onboarding new companies could be considered (i.e, accepting ‘as is’) provided that they would not be disruptive to the cluster during its migration to S/4 HANA. In this case again, ''accepting'' requires the object it refers to (i.e, the migration).

agree  Claire Nolan: This is how I interpret it. As long as the new companies do not disrupt the migration process (i.e., they accept the process/migration as is), it might be possible to consider onboarding them.

-> Thanks Claire. Either way, we both agree that ''accepting'' refers to the migration, not to the companies, which is what the asker is asking about.
