Clay and straw, cobb Explanation: Elmaani explains that the first word can mean the clay used to plaster traditional buildings. It's a form of clay that is often mixed with straw. From Wikipedia : Cob, cobb or clom (in Wales) is a natural building material made from subsoil, water, fibrous organic material (typically straw), and sometimes lime. So cobb is the mix of the clay and the straw. https://www.almaany.com/ar/dict/ar-ar/%D9%84%D8%A8%D9%86/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cob_(material) |
